The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (under Section 438 of Cr.P.C) with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.188 Dated 24.08.2025 under Section 108, 3(5) (Earlier under Section 306 and 34 of IPC) of BNS, registered at Police Station Maqboolpura, District: Police Commissionerate Amritsar, Punjab (Annexure P-1). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 18.05.2026 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 18.05.2026, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
