It is submitted that after the unregistered lease Deed was marked, he had no opportunity to cross-examine the witness and the Commercial Court, without considering the application, dismissed the same. 3. Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection to allow these applications, provided the petitioners complete the further cross-examination of PW.1 within a day. 4. Considering the submissions of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. The order dated 24.04.2026 in Com.O.S.No.1012/2023 is set aside and consequently, I.A.Nos.13 and 14 are allowed. ii. It is submitted that the matter is coming up on 08.07.2026.
