The petitioner is an accused in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 135 of 2025. It has been alleged that several miscreants were apprehended with arms and ammunitions. So far as the petitioner is concerned, two mobile phones and a motor-cycle was seized from his possession. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2025. Though, it has been submitted by the learned A.P.P. for the State that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents, but regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti in connection with Khunti P.S.
