Bhakat ….for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of a claimant praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Asansol, Paschim Bardhman to dispose of the L.A Case no. 57 of 2021 expeditiously. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner draws the attention of the Court to an earlier order passed by a Coordinate Bench directing expeditious disposal of the aforesaid L.A case. It appears from the order-sheets appended to this application more particularly, the order dated August 19, 2025 that November 07, 2025 was fixed for service returns upon Jaba Roy and for appearance and further orders. The learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of the L.A Case no. 57 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. Accordingly, CO 2091 of 2026 stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. 2 All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
