Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the officials of the 4th respondent have cleared the obstructions which were temporarily created by the villagers to refill the tank with vagu water, and the water spreading to the fields of the petitioners was diverted through a passage created exclusively, and thereby, the grievance of the petitioners is addressed. In view of the same, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required in the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
