This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 23 days in filing the Letters Patent Appeal against the impugned judgement of the Learned Judge in (T) CMA(TM).No.193 of 2023 dated 21-08-2025. 2. Though the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit is not satisfactory, in order to give the petitioner an opportunity to seek substantial justice, the delay is condoned upon payment of cost of Rs.10,000/-. 3.
