Case No. 126 of 2025. 3. The petitioner and another accused were apprehended by the Police on the suspicion of being involved in cyber-crime. 4. It appears that from the possession of the petitioner, a mobile with SIM was recovered. 5. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge a complaint against the petitioner. 6. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2025 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. 7. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 8. Regard being had to the aforesaid fact, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Deoghar-cum- ( 2026:JHHC:8957 ) Special Judge, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
