Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking following reliefs:- 10.1. The Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue appropriate writ or order directing the respondent no. 2 & 3 to issue corrigendum in respect of advertisement dated 19.05.2023 (ANNEXURE P/2) for bringing in qualification of Hindi typing from any AVINASH SHARMA Digitally signed by AVINASH SHARMA 2 recognized board/institution in accordance with the Chhattisgarh Schedule tribe and schedule caste development department, sub-ordinate (Class-III ministerial) service recruitment rules, 2013 and circular dated 03.02.2022 (ANNEXURE P/4) and thereafter proceed with the appointment to the post of Assistant grade -III as per advertisement dated 19/05/2023. 10.2. The Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Respondent no. 2 and 3 to restrain any person not having required minimum qualification as per rules of 2013 from participating in the recruitment process of Assistant Grade -III pursuant to advertisement dated 19.05.2023 (ANNEXURE P/2). 10.3. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper be awarded in favor of the petitioner, including cost. 2. At the outset, learned State counsel would submit that the original advertisement has already been cancelled and as such, no cause of action arises for the petitioner to file this Petition and to seek any relief. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record available in the petition. 4. Since the original advertisement dated 11.05.2023 itself has been cancelled by the respondent authorities, there would be no question of challenging the corrigendum in respect of original advertisement. 5.
