ORDER:- The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’), has been filed by the petitioners/A-1 to A-4 seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.46 of 2026 of R.C. Puram Police Station, Tirupati, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 324(5), 127(2), 308(5), 189(3), 191(3) and 61(2) read with 190 of B.N.S, 2023.
2. Heard Ms. Kethvath Parvathi Bai, learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioner Nos.2 to 4/A-2 to A-4 in the above crime were arrested and already released on bail.
4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor opposed the bail on the ground that seven (7) crimes were registered against A-1 i.e., the first petitioner herein.
5. Considering the same, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to A-1.

6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, it is open for petitioner No.1/A-1 to surrender before the concerned Magistrate and seek regular bail, and the learned Magistrate shall consider the same in accordance with law.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________
