Respondent(s) (Cause title taken from CIS) For Petitioner(s) : Shri Vinod Kumar Sharma, Advocate For Respondents/State : Shri Shahil Singh, Panel Lawyer For Respondent No. 3 : Shri R.K. Gupta, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Bibhu Datta Guru , Judge Order on Board 13.07.2026 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who retired from service on 31.01.2026 while working as Nursing Sister at District Hospital, Bemetara, had withdrawn only ₹40,000/- in September, 2000 and ₹1,00,000/- in April, 2015 from the GPF Account. It is contended that the alleged withdrawals of ₹40,000/- in December, 2000 and ₹1,00,000/- in June, 2015 have been erroneously entered twice in the withdrawal statement and no such amounts were ever withdrawn by the petitioner. It is further submitted that despite representations, the dispute could not be resolved as the relevant records/cash book have not been made available to the Office of the Accountant General. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the grievance raised by the petitioner can be examined by the 3 High Power Pension Redressal Committee in accordance with law. 3. At this juncture, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to raise grievance of the petitioner before the High Power Pension Redressal Committee. 4. The office of the Advocate General is directed to send the case to the Committee, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the petition from the petitioner and this order. The Committee shall consider and pass a reasoned order within a further period of 3 months, in accordance with law, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties. The petitioner and the officers concerned may file additional documents, if necessary. The entire exercise, including retiral dues of the employee and other pensionary benefits, if any, to the petitioner be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. The petitioner shall supply extra copy of the petition to learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents for forwarding the same to the Committee. 4 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Sd/- (Bibhu Datta Guru) Judge Shoaib
