The Court made the following ORDER: The grievance of the petitioner, who is the 4th defendant in O.S.No.489 of 2020 on the file of the Court of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor, is non-disposal of the said suit. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 70 years and though a written statement is filed in the said suit long back, the suit is being adjourned from time to time at the instance of the plaintiff and as a result of the same, the petitioner is facing hardship. He further submits that unless the suit is disposed of at an early date, the petitioner-4th defendant will suffer serious prejudice. Considering the said submissions and without going into the merits or otherwise of the case, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with an observation that the learned trial Court shall make an endeavour to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. NINALA JAYASURYA, J DATE:30.01.2026.
