The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Bhaktinagar PS case No.462 of 2006 dated 06.06.2026 under Section 126(2)/115(2)/76/79/351(2)/3(5)/ of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Though allegation of scuffling between the parties have been made, record has revealed that there is also case and counter case between the parties alleging the self-same incident. 4. No injury report is available in C.D. 2 5. Considering all as above and in absence of any sufficient material against the present petitioner so far as the alleged offence is concerned, the bail prayer of the petitioner is allowed. 6. In the event of arrest the petitioners shall be granted bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalpaiguri in connection with Bhaktinagar PS case No.462 of 2026 dated 06.06.2026. The petitioners shall comply with the condition under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023 and shall cooperate with the investigation in all possible way.
