By way of present petition, the petitioners seek writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to conduct demarcation of the plot measuring 10 marlas purchased by respondent No.7 vide sale deed dated 13.05.2019. 2. The case of the petitioners is that respondent No.6 served as Secretary of the Pandori Bainsan Co-operative Society for long. Post retirement, he is running his private business and continuous to occupy the office and godown of the Cooperative Society, under the garb of sale deed dated 13.05.2019 which is qua some other land. 3. Despite numerous communications to the revenue authorities, that too, by the Assistant Registrar Cooperative Society, Gurdaspur, plot purchased by respondent No.7 is not being demarcated.
