Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in a case of alleged recovery of 230 kgs of ganja and has been detained for the eight months. Learned advocate appearing for the State charge-sheet has already been submitted. Having considered the aforesaid, I direct the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of seizure list witnesses are over. The learned trial Court would ensure that within a period of three months from the date of consideration of charges, the evidence of seizure list witnesses are completed. 2 Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1390 of 2026 is dismissed at this stage. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
