And In the matter of : Sunil Patwa @ Sunil Patra ……Petitioner. Mr. Amarta Ghose Mr. Sujan Chatterjee Mr. Anirban Guhathakurata Mr. Rohan Bavishi ……for the Petitioner. Mr. Gouranga Kumar Das Ms. Koel Mukherjee ……for the State. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner is better placed than the other accused who has been granted bail in CRM (M) 530 of 2026. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the contention that the petitioner is not similarly situated as the other accused person who has been granted bail. In view of the aforesaid, petitioner be released on bail on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Anuj Kumar Shaw in CRM (M) 530 of 2026. 2 As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 2806 of 2025 is allowed. Memo of Evidence submitted be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
