(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that the petitioner/plaintiff has already preferred a civil appeal against the impugned order and has also contested the application filed by the respondent seeking release of the bank guarantee. In view thereof, learned counsel submits that he does not wish to pursue the present civil revision at this stage and accordingly seeks permission to withdraw the same as he will avail appropriate legal remedy in accordance with law and withdraws the same. In view of the statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous application (s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly as well.
