JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the Trial Court to hear and pronounce orders on IA No.4 in O.S.No.172/2022, pending on the file of the Additional Civil Judge, Sira, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are the defendants in the suit, have filed IA No.4 under Order VII Rule 11(a) and (d) R/w Section 151 of the CPC on 21.06.2023, and so far, no orders have been - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32561 WP No. 10978 of 2026 passed on the said application. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court seeking a writ of mandamus. 3. Considering the fact that the application is pending from the year 2022, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Trial Court to dispose of IA No.4 expeditiously. 4. Accordingly, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed by requesting the Additional Civil Judge, Sira, to dispose of IA No.4 in O.S.No.172/2022 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. ii.
