Mr. Subhayan Barik …for the petitioner This civil revision application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon Learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 2nd Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas to dispose of TS No. 443 of 2014, which has been renumbered as TS 380 of 2015 expeditiously. After going through the order-sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that the service upon several defendants is yet to be effected. This Court finds that dates have been fixed for service return and acknowledgement due card. It further appears that several interlocutory applications are also pending. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the 2nd defendant in the said suit and the petitioner has entered appearance in the suit and also filed written statement. 2 However, since the suit is not ready as regards service, this Court is not inclined to pass any order of expeditious disposal at this stage.
