Mr. Rajat Choudhry, learned Assistant Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. Petitioner has grievance to the notification dated 11.09.2026 (Annexure P-3) that transfers him from GSSS (B) Dehra, District Kangra to GSSS Deot, District Shimla against vacancy. The notification has been questioned by the petitioner primarily on the ground that he is due to retire on 28.02.2027, i.e. within a period of six months. In view of the grounds set out, operation of the impugned notification dated 11.09.2026 (Annexure P-3) shall remain stayed qua the petitioner till the next date of hearing.
