Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of State respondent. Page No.# 2/2 It is submitted by Mr. Borthakur that charge-sheet has already been filed vide C.S. No. 195/2025 dated 30.09.2025 against one of the petitioners i.e. Bilauddin. In view of the above, the petitioner Bilauddin is directed to approach the learned Trial Court below with an application of bail, which may be considered in accordance with law. The interim granted to the petitioner Bilauddin shall be extended till 15 (fifteen) days, enabling him to appear before the learned Trial Court below accordingly. However, as the Charge-Sheet has not been furnished against the other petitioner, namely, Hifjur Rahman, the petition has already become infructuous for him.
