The petitioner was employed as a Block Project Manager under the Patharpratima Block in South 24- Parganas from 2014. She has been continuing in service without any disruption in different blocks and indeed was given Satisfactory Performance Certificate on several occasions by the concerned authorities. 3. The petitioner has been discontinued from service, abruptly in 2022 on the ground of unsatisfactory performance, even after receiving the Satisfactory Performance Certificate in February 2022. 4. The petitioner has made several representations bringing on record her Satisfactory Performance Certificates, none of which have been considered. 2 5. In fact, the last representation made by the petitioner sometime in October 2024 is lying unattended by the concerned authorities. 6. In view of the afore-stated, I direct the respondent no. 4 to consider the representation of October 1, 2024, as appended at page 106 of this writ petition, in line with the prevalent notifications concerning the service of the petitioner herein. 7. The entire exercise of considering the representation should be completed by August 20, 2026 and the resultant order therefrom should be communicated to the petitioner as well as the concerned authorities by August 30, 2026. 8. With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 9. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 10.
