The Pradhan has informed the applicant that, Sipaigachi Mouza, was not within the jurisdiction of Haripal Sahadev gram panchayat. 3. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of. 4. The contempt proceeding is dropped. 5. The applicant will be at liberty to take appropriate steps afresh, with all his allegations. 6.
