He further submits that the petitioner intends to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum and therefore prays to close the Writ Petition giving liberty to the petitioner to question the said order before the appropriate forum. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infrucutous granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order vide Ref.C/62/2022 dated 12.05.2023 passed by respondent No.6 before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
