Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the petitioner, is a tenant in respect of seven items of the property in question wherein the Land Tribunal vide order dated 02.11.1987 (Annexure-B) granted occupancy rights in respect of all the items of the property in question. Thereafter, the said order of the Land Tribunal was - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:33833 WP No. 20125 of 2026 challenged before this Court in WP No.2279/1995 and this Court vide order dated 18.12.2006 (Annexure-C) confirmed the occupancy right in respect of the land bearing survey number as to the schedule 'A' property to the writ petition. However, insofar as the three items of the schedule 'B' property in the writ petition, remitted the matter to the Land Tribunal for fresh consideration. 4. In that view of the matter there is no impediment for the respondent No.3 to enter the name of the petitioner in respect of the four items of 'A' schedule property, wherein the order of conferment of occupancy right by the Land Tribunal is confirmed in WP No.2279/1995. In that view of the matter, the finding recorded by respondent No.3 at Annexures-A and A1 is accordingly set aside and the matter is remitted to respondent No.3 to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of the four items of the 'A' schedule property which has been ordered by Land Tribunal ultimately confirmed by this Court in the above writ petition. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:33833 WP No. 20125 of 2026 5. Respondent No.3 is directed to complete the entire process of entering the name of the petitioner in the four items of the 'A' schedule property within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. 6. It is also open for the petitioner to provide the necessary documents to the respondent No.3 to enable them to take decision of the matter in accordance with law. 7. Insofar as the schedule 'B' property is concerned, as the same is pending consideration before the Land Tribunal and therefore, the said aspect of the matter is to be considered only after the conclusion of the aforementioned proceedings. 8.
