(ORDER) 12.08.2026 The petitioner has called in question the order dated 23 April 2026 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shopain, whereby the property of the petitioner has been attached in exercise of powers under Section 82 and 83 of the Criminal Procedure Code. It appears that without availing the appropriate remedy provided under Section 85(1) of CrPC, the petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court. Confronted with this legal position, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition, with liberty to approach the competent Court of law.
