1. The petitioner, by way of filing this writ petition, has challenged the order dated 05.02.2026 issued by the Regional Transport Officer, Jaipur-II, Jaipur, whereby the registration of the vehicle of the petitioner was cancelled.
2. Against the impugned order dated 05.02.2026, the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the Appellate Authority under Section 57 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
3. Since the petitioner has already assailed the order impugned in statutory remedy of appeal before the competent Appellate Authority, the present writ petition cannot be entertained, as a person cannot avail two parallel remedies so as to challenge the same order.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed.
5. The stay application and pending application, if any, also stand disposed of.
