The same is challenged herein on the ground that there was an earlier round of litigation in respect to the same land under the provisions of the PTCL Act, which culminated in W.A.No.642/2020, which was decided on 28.07.2021. The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2, today has produced a copy of the order passed by respondent No.1 wherein, on the ground that the dispute has attained a finality by virtue of the order passed by this Court in W.A.No. 642/2020, the proceedings have been closed. 3. The learned Additional Government Advocate also submits the same. 4. As the proceedings initiated before the Assistant Commissioner (respondent No.1) has been closed on the ground that the dispute has already attained finality in W.A.No.642/2020, the Writ Petition stands dismissed, as having become infructuous.
