He further submits that the petitioner has been strictly complying with the said condition without any deviation and seeks relaxation of the same. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent police submits that in view of the nature of offence (offence U/s. 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c), 29(1) and 25 of NDPS Act) he prays to modify the Condition. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is partly allowed and the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once on every Monday at 10:00 a.m. until further orders.
