The present appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 has been filed by the appellant/claimant seeking enhancement of compensation, challenging the impugned award dated 20.09.2019 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Baloda Bazar, Bhatapara (C.G.) in Claim Case No. 150/2018, whereby a total compensation of Rs. 2,85,000/- has been awarded in favour of the claimant. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that another MAC No. 312/2020, arising out of the same award dated 20.09.2019, has already been decided by this Court vide order dated 28.03.2025. In the said case, the present appellant/claimant, Smt. Fulbai, was also a party, and her claim has already been adjudicated. Hence, the present appeal has become infructuous. 3.
