Pathak, A.C to S.C-V ----- 11/18.09.2026 The present contempt application has been filed against the opposite parties alleging wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the order dated 12.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 6798/2023. 2. Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the show cause affidavits of all the concerned opposite parties have already been filed. He also submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order of this Court, the candidature of the petitioners has been reconsidered and having been found below in the merit list, their claims for appointment as Assistant Teachers in different categories have been rejected. 3. It is thus submitted that the aforesaid order of this Court has now been complied. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the show cause affidavits filed on behalf of the concerned opposite parties, there is no need to further proceed with the matter. 5. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite parties is dropped. 6. The present contempt application stands disposed of. 7. The petitioners are however at liberty to take appropriate recourse as available under law for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Satish/- (RAJESH SHANKAR, J)
