This Court, vide order dated 08.09.2025 passed in MCRC No. 7134 of 2025, while rejecting the bail of the applicant, namely, Prince @ Shashwat Tiwari had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certi>ed copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Ambikapur District- KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 Surguja (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 22.12.2025 has requested for grant of two months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that in the present case, the evidence of a total of nine (09) prosecution witnesses have already been completed. The statement of only one (01) prosecution witness i.e. Investigating O/cer is still pending and the defence evidence is also likely to be led. Therefore, for the aforesaid purposes, an additional period of two (02) months is required in the present case. Hence, it is most respectfully prayed that this Court may be pleased to grant an additional period of two months for disposal of the case. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of a certi>ed copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o5 with the aforesaid direction. 7.
