JUSTICE DEEPAK ROSHAN ----------- For the Petitioners : Mr. Ranjan Kumar, Advocate For the Respondents : Mr. Kunal Chandra Suman, AC to GP-II ---------- 06/ 11.09.2026 By way of present writ application, the petitioners herein have prayed for a direction upon the respondents to consider their application for transfer in terms of Circular issued by the Primary Education & Literacy Department vide Notification No. 434 dated 01.03.2016 and Notification No. 1556 dated 08.06.2022 since vide Notification No. 872 dated 11.07.2024 and office order No. 992 dated 02.08.2024, similarly situated employees/ teachers have already been extended benefits of transfer but claim of the petitioners have been rejected without considering the aforesaid notification. 2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to ventilate their grievances before the appropriate authority by filing fresh representation(s). 3. There is no objection from the respondents. 4. Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed of by directing the petitioners to file fresh representation(s) before the respondent No. 2. The moment the respondent No. 2 will receive any such representation(s); he shall take an informed decision in accordance with law and applicable rules and regulations, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation(s). 5.
