2. Rajesh Kumar
3. Puja Gupta
….. Petitioners
Versus

CORAM
HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH SHANKAR
----- For the Petitioners: Mr. Arun Kumar, Advocate For the O.Ps:
Mr. Mithilesh Singh, G.A-IV
-----
02/18.09.2026 The present contempt application has been filed against the opposite parties alleging wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the order dated 08.04.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 1025/2020.
2. Smt. Abha Tiwary being the widow of Late Pankaj Kumar Tiwary [writ petitoner of W.P.(C) No. 1025/2020] had earlier preferred Cont. Case (Civil) No. 632/2022. The said contempt case was disposed of vide order dated 30.08.2024 dropping the contempt proceeding against the opposite parties. However, she was given liberty to take appropriate recourse as available under law against the reasoned order as contained in memo No. 2502 dated 21.11.2023 passed by the O.P.No.2.
3. The present contempt application is a subsequent one. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that certain observation has been made by the O.P.No.2 in the reasoned order dated 21.11.2023, which is detrimental to the cause of the petitioners. Moreover, the said order also cannot be treated to have been passed in actual compliance of the order dated 08.04.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 1025/2020. As such, the petitioners have filed the present contempt application. He also submits that Smt. Abha Tiwary is the purchaser of the land in question sold to her by her late husband.

4. I find no substance in the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioners. Once the contempt case alleging violation of the order dated 08.04.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 1025/2020 has already been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 30.08.2024, filing of subsequent contempt application i.e. present one is misconceived and the same cannot be entertained.
5. The present contempt application is accordingly dismissed.
