Issue an order or direction or writ in the nature of certiorari or such other writ quashing the impugned order dated 11.04.2025 No.MuNiC (1)Cibandhi/CR- 75/2023-24 Annexure-A passed by the 1st Respondent. B. Direct the respondent to pay subsisting allowance from 11.04.2025 till date with interest. C. Pass such other order as this Hon’ble Court deem fit in the ends of justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 and 4 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representations dated 29.05.2025, 25.06.2025 and 28.07.2025 at - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19533 WP No. 6136 of 2026 Annexures-C, D and D1 respectively submitted to the respondents have not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representations dated 29.05.2025, 25.06.2025 and 28.07.2025 at Annexures-C, D and D1 respectively and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
