Lakshmana Rao) Heard Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J.Krishna Praneeth, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. Perused the material on record. 2. Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 11.05.2026 at about 11:00 pm, the 1st respondent Police forcibly took the custody of the husband of the petitioner herein and since then he has been confined to detention illegally. He further submits that the respondent-Police demanding an amount of Rs.17,00,000/- and if the amount is not paid, they would implicate the petitioner in false N.D.P.S. cases. 3. Sri J.Krishna Praneeth, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents attached to the office of the learned Advocate General submits that the petitioner has been arraigned as accused in Crime No.23 of 2026 at Vedullapalli Police Station, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 318(4), 308(2) read with 3(5) of ‘the B.N.S’ and the petitioner was produced as an accused before the Jurisdictional Magistrate and orders of judicial custody are awaited. 4. In view of the above submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required to be passed inasmuch as the petitioner is required to work out his remedy by way of filing an application before the jurisdictional Magistrate seeking for his enlargement on bail. 5.
