VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE) 1. The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 04.01.2024 passed in Writ Petition No. 27919/2023 [KLR-RES]. 2. The said petition was partly allowed and the accused was directed to publish the information regarding the claim made by the complainant in the Harohalli Village, Pandavapura Taluk and call for objections from all interested persons. It was further directed that, if objections are received within the prescribed time as enumerated in Section 129 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, the accused is empowered to issue an endorsement calling upon the complainant to secure a declaration of his rights under the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:34317-DB CCC No. 1603 of 2025 registered Will. However, if there were no objections, the accused was directed to enter the name of the complainant in respect of the properties in Sy. The accused has filed an affidavit enclosing therewith the orders dated 06.07.2026. 4.
