After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to ventilate their grievances before the appropriate authority by filing fresh representation(s). 3. There is no objection from the respondents. 4. Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed of by directing the petitioners to file fresh representation(s) before the respondent No. 2. 2026:JHHC:27922 3 The moment the respondent No. 2 will receive any such representation(s); he shall take an informed decision in accordance with law and applicable rules and regulations, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation(s). 5.
