The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that defacto complainant filed a petition before the respondent Police. He further submitted that the enquiry is pending and this Court may direct the petitioner to cooperate with the enquiry. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is adjourned to 05.06.2026. 4. Considering the nature of the disputes, this Court directs the respondent- Police not to arrest the petitioner till 05.06.2026. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent-Police as and when required for investigation and co-operate with the investigation.
