The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No. 647 of 2025 (N). It has been alleged that one Amit Kumar Soni was apprehended by the police and from his possession 20.58 gm. of brown sugar was recovered. On the basis of the disclosure made by Amit Kumar Soni, house of the petitioner was raided and 2.40 gm. of brown sugar was recovered from his house. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovered quantity is a small quantity. He further submits that the petitioner does not any criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.12.2025. Learned Special P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner cum Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S.
