Case No. 73 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act 3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner hit the motorcycle of informant with his car and on search, one empty country made pistol and five live cartridges were recovered from the seized car. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature. 4. Considering the nature of accusation, recovery and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
