Another issue that has been highlighted is that building activity is being carried out in the land in question without seeking any layout permission in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.275, dated 18.07.2017. 2 HCJ & CGR, J W.P.(PIL) No:219 of 2025 Respondent No.4 - the Commissioner, Gudur Municipality, shall therefore take appropriate action if it is found that there is any violation of the building byelaws or the layout regulations as mentioned hereinabove.
