The learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition. 3. However, this Court is inclined only to modify the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed in para 6(c) of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.7118 of 2026 dated 25.03.2026 is modified to the effect that “the petitioners shall report and sign before the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur daily at 10.30 a.m. for 10 days”.
