However, the departmental enquiry could not be concluded within the stipulated period. He further submits that, after the filing of the present contempt petition, the respondents moved an application before the Co-ordinate Bench seeking extension of time, and the Co-ordinate Bench has granted a further period of two months for completion of the departmental enquiry. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present contempt petition. 2. In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
