Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioners praying therein for the following reliefs: 2026:JHHC:27882 5 “(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/orders(s)/ directions (s) particularly a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to pay the petitioners basic minimum basic wage in terms of the Minimum Wages Act as well as and/or in terms of Code of Rules, 2019. (ii) For issuance of a further appropriate writ(s0/order(s)/directions(s) particularly a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to pay the petitioner the remuneration/salary/basic wage at par with employees posted on the post of Assistant Technological Manager (‘ATM’ in short) since the petitioners even on the post of Krishak Mitra are discharging the functions of Assistant Technological Manager and therefore, the pay parity may be maintained.” 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant application may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh representation before the respondent No. 01. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that since no counter affidavit has been filed; as such the petitioner may be directed to approach the concerned respondent by filing a fresh representation, who shall look into the matter so that the grievance of the petitioner can be redressed. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid, without going into merits of the case the instant application stands disposed by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with all relevant documents as early as possible before the respondent No. 01. The moment respondent No. 01 will receive the joint representation, he shall verify the records of the case with the help of his subordinates and take a decision in the matter by passing a reasoned and specific orders within a period of 12 weeks from the date of the receipt of copy of this order. It goes without saying that if the case of any/respective petitioners is found to be genuine, necessary consequential order be also issued within a further period of four weeks. 6.
