This MCC has been filed for restoration of MAC No.49/2026 which was dismissed on 25/04/2026 on account of peremptory order passed by this Court on 01/04/2026. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court while admitting the appeal directed issuance of notice to the respondents on payment of P.F. as per rules failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Bench. Inadvertently, the P.F. could not be paid in time, thus the appeal was dismissed. He submits that the MCC may be allowed and order dated 01/04/2026 may be recalled. 5. Taking into consideration the reasons assigned in the application, MCC is allowed. Stay order dated 01/04/26 is recalled. MAC No.49/2026 is restored to its original number.
