1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants, after arguing for a while, submits that the appellants would feel satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the final report/recommendations, if any, made in terms of Order No. 95 of 2024 dated 23.07.2024, and take the issue raised by the appellants in this appeal to its logical end.

We have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and have perused Order No. 95 of 2024 dated 23.07.2024, whereby a Committee of eight officers, headed by the Director, Planning, NHM, J&K, has been constituted to revise the list of health institutions falling under difficult areas in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir, strictly as per the parameters laid down in the extant criteria applicable for entitlement to difficult area incentives (Category A, B and C) for the manpower hired under NHM, J&K.
3. The Committee was constituted on 23.07.2024 with a mandate that its recommendations shall be furnished within a period of 15 days. Mr. Faheem Shah, learned GA submits that, as per his information, the Committee has already submitted its recommendations and the same are required to be considered by the competent authority for taking an appropriate decision.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this appeal by providing that the respondents shall consider the final report/recommendations, if any, submitted by the Committee constituted vide Order No. 95 of 2024 dated 23.07.2024, and take an appropriate decision having regard to the recommendations so made. They may also take into consideration the grievance projected by the appellants in this appeal. This is in furtherance of the direction already issued by the learned Single Bench.
5. Let a final decision in this regard be taken within a period of two months from the date a copy of this order, along with the paper book of the appeal, is served upon the respondents.
