Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to grant balance arrears of 7th Pay within stipulated period along with interest of 10% in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners were not paid arrears of 7th Pay Scale, against which they have submitted representation before Respondent No. 3 & 4, which is pending consideration. Therefore, direction be issued to the competent authority to take decision on the pending representation at the earliest within specific time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection. 4.
