The present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondents No. 2 and 3 to safeguard the life and liberty of the petitioner and to get the house of the petitioner vacated. 2. I have perused the petition carefully and it is the most frivolous petition, in which, the petitioner wants to get his house vacated with the intervention of the police. In fact, the police can never be permitted to get a house vacated from a tenant by using the force and instead of approaching the Rent Controller, the present petitioner has moved the representation to the SSP Chandigarh, in this regard and now seeking a direction from the Court to get the house vacated and such like petitions, which waste the precious judicial time, need to be dismissed with a heavy costs. 3.
