Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, I am of the view that the respondent No.4-Tahsildar shall implement the order dated 15th April, 2024 (Annexure-B) - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:31997 WP NO.19026 OF 2026 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.16361 of 2023 c/w Writ Petition No.264 of 2016. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the respondent No.4 is directed to consider the representations made by the petitioner dated 01st September, 2025 (Annexure-C) and 21st May, 2026 (Annexure-D) in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
