Nagaraju, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.15316 of 2024, dated 19.03.2025, as directed by this Court, the amounts have been credited to the account of the Petitioner on 20.10.2025 and to that effect he passed on the written instructions signed by the Municipal Commissioner, Chilkaluripet, dated 10.03.2026 along with the payment details. The learned counsel further submits that without noticing this aspect, the Petitioner filed the present Contempt Case and thereby requested to close the same. 3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed, by placing the written instructions and the payment details on record. 4. No order as to costs. 5.
